The Purpose of Our PTO The City Tree Parent-Teacher Organization (CT PTO) is a cooperation between parents and teachers to support the education and developmental needs of our children. The City Tree PTO is a not-for-profit association of parents, educators, students, and other citizens active in their school and communities. |  | Through dues, donations and fundraising, the CT PTO is able to contribute to many aspects of our children's education and educational environment. Some of the programs the CT PTO sponsors are assemblies, the science program, and math enrichment. | 
| We have also contributed to various grade level field trips and various class room visits to local museums. | The CT PTO donates money to our school library for new books. And we donate money to each teacher each year for classroom supplies. |  | The CT PTO builds on the great community we have at our school. We sponsor several events including the Spring Gala Auction, which is our biggest and most important and most fun event! | | The CT PTO works to improve the school environment. Each year, improvements are made to the campus. Working with the school, the CT PTO most recently provided a new refrigerator for the student store, the monies for hearing testing equipment as well as the funds necessary to implement a fully automated library system in 07-08! | Our funds raised in 2008-2009 will be used to redesign the City Tree Scout Room. YEAH!!! |
